Tourism natural scenic spot service certification refers to the evaluation and verification of whether the tourism natural scenic spot has established and implemented a service system that meets the certification standards and has reached a certain level (star) according to RB/T312-2017 "Requirements for Tourism Natural Scenic Spot Service Certification".
The standard starts from the degree to which the service quality, parking service, entrance service, visitor center service, scenic area service and barrier-free service can meet the needs of tourists, guides the natural scenic area to conduct orderly management of the service provision process, and provides improvement suggestions for the scenic area through the certification audit process, so as to continuously improve the service level of the scenic area.
